SIGNED Stipulation

Do you all remember reading in a "insert" from one of the letters from Caesars Palace, which was sent to all of our homes, where they said we may even have to include the "Poker Dealers" in our toke pool?

Well, here is PROOF of just one of their LIES.

When we stipulated the Date/Place/Time of the Election, also included is all employees who are to be included and excluded in the Vote. This also determines who is to be included in the Collective Bargaining Unit (Union Members) we are voting "YES" for on the 22nd.

Below is a copy of the SIGNED Federal Agreement. Please take note of who is "EXCLUDED" and you will see the "Poker Dealers".
