CONTRACT SURVEY

On this page we will be posting a "Survey Form" for every Caesars Palace Dealer to fill out and submit to the Negotiation Committee. We will provide a list of topics on the survey which we will want everyone to prioritize according to the relevant importance to them. There will also be space provided to comment on the specific topic. Also, we will have space for anyone to write in anything which we may have not listed.

To ensure that the surveys we receive online are from actual Caesars Palace Dealers ONLY, we are requiring that you fill out the contact information on the form. We will then match that information with our list of Caesars Palace Dealers (supplied by Caesars Palace to the Union). If there is no contact information supplied on the form, then the survey will not count. We will not accept "blank" forms filled out by someone not associated with Caesars Palace or from any member of management.

Please remember, the Dealers of Caesars Palace DID vote the Union in. Management knows this. The world knows this. There is NOTHING to hide. Be open and honest. All information we receive from these surveys will be kept strictly confidential. The ONLY people to see this information will be the elected Caesars Palace Contract Negotiators and the TWU Attorney who will be in contract negotiations with them.

Survey forms are also going to be mailed to everyone's homes (again, to the addresses supplied to the Union by Caesars Palace) providing everyone with another option of having input into their contract. However, the form on this page can be used time and time again, whenever you have a thought or idea.

Contract negotiations BEGIN the first week of March, so please do not delay your input.

Soon, the Shop Stewards and Negotiating Committee Members will also have survey forms to physically hand to Dealers who request them at work.
