COACHING

Okay, we have heard about many Dealers getting "Coachings", many of which are depicting events that are up to a year old. If ANY Dealer receives a "coaching", please fax it with your written account of the situation to the Union at 476-0649. Please, also call them at 476-0648 and speak with one of the Union Reps about your report. Everything will be investigated by the Union and the Union will be responding to Caesars Palace.

Also keep in mind that if management asks you ONE QUESTION, make sure that you state to them, "If this interview is going to result in a possible disciplinary action or a change in my working conditions, I request a shop steward."

They will respond by saying, "You do not need a Steward". If that is their response and they begin with a line of questioning, DEMAND your shop steward.

If the questioning does not stop, you have a Federal Legal Right to dismiss yourself from the interview and go get your shop steward. They can stop you from leaving, but ONLY if they are getting your steward for you.
