The Company presented the Union with a package which combined all of the Company's proposals submitted to date, as well as all current TA's

The Company presented FIVE proposals to the Union for their review:

  1. Grievances and Arbitration

  2. Discipline and Discharge

  3. Hours of Work and Overtime

  4. Jobs, Job Posting and Transfers

  5. Gratuities

 

The Union and Company came to agreement on ONE more "Tentative Agreement" ("Tentative Agreements" are agreements which both sides have come to on particular "proposals". "Tentative Agreements" are referred to as "TA's". Keep in mind that these are subject to change throughout the course of negotiations and nothing is "final" until everything is "final" and then presented to the Bargaining Unit [eligible Dealers] for "Ratification")

  1. "Non-Discrimination" (TA'd 6-19-08)

 

The Negotiations adjourned at 4:30pm.
