It was not dated, it had no "footers" and it was not on letterhead.

The Company declined to move the "designated smoking area" to any of the alternative locations the Union suggested.

bullet

The Company agreed to discuss any "Coachings" with the Union on a per case basis outside of negotiations.

  1. Health Insurance

The Union and Company came to agreement on our FIRST TWO "Tentative Agreements" ("Tentative Agreements" are agreements which both sides have come to on particular "proposals". "Tentative Agreements" are referred to as "TA's". Keep in mind that these are subject to change throughout the course of negotiations and nothing is "final" until everything is "final" and then presented to the Bargaining Unit [eligible Dealers] for "Ratification")

TENTATIVE AGREEMENTS

  1. "COPE" Check Off (TA on 5-8-08)

  2. "Probationary Employees" (TA on 5-8-08)
